Electronic Public Procurement
Electronic Public Procurement currently is regulated by the year 2003. CXXIX. law about public procurement and the 257/2007. (X.4.) Governmental directive about the electronic acts in the public procurement process and electronic public sector auctions, in Hungary. Latter regulation defines the detailed regulations and gives the definition of Electronic Public Procurement, as follows:

„Information technology support of some or all of the acts of a public procurement process.”
